Millar popular SPR-350 Mikro-Tip® large animal pressure catheter is made from 5F polyurethane woven Dacron catheter material to provide robust and steerable delivery of the pressure sensor. At 120 cm, the catheter can be placed into the LV using either a femoral or carotid approach. The curved tip can aid placement over the aortic arch and across the aortic valve. The SPR-350S is the SPR-350's straight tip counterpart.
